HouseOpen — Open House Guest Registration

HouseOpen is an open-house registration service operated by Bilia Consulting LLC (veobit.com). Guests scan a QR code displayed at a real estate open house, which opens this page, and register by providing their name, email address, and mobile phone number.

The registration form states, directly below the Register button: "By registering, you agree to receive a one-time confirmation text message and email about this open house. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." — followed by links to the Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms & Conditions.

Only guests who voluntarily submit the form receive a message; each registration triggers exactly one confirmation text. No recurring or marketing messages are sent. Guests who indicate they are on the Do-Not-Call registry are never texted. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
