HouseOpen — Open House Guest Registration

HouseOpen is an open-house registration service operated by Bilia Consulting LLC (veobit.com). Guests scan a QR code displayed at a real estate open house, which opens this page, and register by providing their name, email address, and mobile phone number.

The registration form states, directly below the Register button: "By registering, you agree to receive a one-time confirmation text message and email about this open house. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." — followed by links to the Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms & Conditions.

Only guests who voluntarily submit the form receive a message; each registration triggers exactly one confirmation text. No recurring or marketing messages are sent. Guests who indicate they are on the Do-Not-Call registry are never texted. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
